Africa Literature and Media Assistance - ALA ALA is a ministry of the Africa Harvest Ministries office that assists the African church and missionaries with literature and media needs. ALA maintains an archive of materials related to evangelism, Sunday school, and discipleship training materials that have been produced either in Africa or specifically for use in the African church context. In addition, ALA serves as the production facilitator of most special publication needs. Current ongoing projects include publication of: Living the Truth Bible Curriculum Living
